Notes for possible contributors

I would be happy for you to compose a contribution, whether it is a paragraph or chapter, in any form you feel able to manage. There is no restriction on the amount of information you can submit but please be aware there may be some editing if it is required.

Should you wish to provide information only, I am willing to write the section relating to your ancestor but would want you to proof read it prior to publication. Photographs or any other form of illustration can be conveyed to me by post, email or on a disk. If you are lending originals, I would suggest you send them by recorded mail or if you live locally, arrange for delivery or collection. Good quality copies would be a safer option and I will be happy to reimburse any expense incurred. Any original items loaned will be carefully copied and returned by recorded mail or by hand. I also have a large selection of vintage Ruskington adverts which could enhance your contribution and will be included in the publication in any case.

I will not require contributions before March 31. My situation is such that I would prefer you not to mail them or any associated material to me before then. I should add that I will unable to deal with any correspondence or telephone queries before that date. I will, however, be able to respond to emails.

The following is an alphabetical list of names to be included in the book. If I have omitted anyone please tell me as it is not my intention to offend and want the book to contain as many entries as possible.
